Vehicle Detail
This car is very clean and a blast to drive. When you say a car's a head turner you are talking about this car. Everyone takes a second look and if you have the top down they tell you so. The gentleman we purchased the car from told us he thought the car has been in Arizona for most of it's life. We can only verify the car has been titled in Arizona for the last 10 years. The car has very little rust. The drivers side pan has a small hole with a rust around the hole but the sheet metal is still solid. The hole looks like it was made by something hitting the pan and not rust. The passengers pan has been replaced. There is some blistering on the rear engine panel under the paint. And a little rust and scraped paint at the drivers side window door opening as seen in one of the pictures. The body is in great shape with a little dink on the passengers front fender and very small dink on the drivers side rear fender. There's a picture of the passengers side dink. The car was recently painted. The quality of the paint job is good. The back seat sides are a bit light on paint and there is slight over-spray that was not removed. The drivers door light switch is missing and the light itself takes sliding the switch around to get it to come on. It needs to be replaced. The odometer shows 50,040 so we don't know what the actual mileage is. The top and tires were replaced by the last owner and are less than a year old. This car has a lot of it's original charm. We purchased the car for our 16 year old daughter 5 months ago and although she loves the car her friends parents won't let their kids ride in a convertible. We are selling the car to buy her a newer car. Details are described as accurate as possible to establish a clear picture of the car. I am not a mechanic. I pay to have my oil changed. If you have any questions about the car please contact me and I will do my best to answer your questions. My e-mail address is j.baca@ymail.com. Thank you for your interest in our car and good luck bidding.
