I have a 1984 Mercury Cougar 3.8 V6 Auto. Car runs and drives great. Interior is in great condition. 116,000 miles. Fresh rebuild on the motor before i got it. New heads, intake, water pump and alternator. New hoses. has a small chip out of the right taillight and is missing the passenger side mirror. paint is in good condition for its age with minimal dings and scratches. On Mar-22-12 at 15:47:55 PDT, seller added the following information: The car has over 800 dollars worth of new parts on the motor. dont know when the parts were put on but the gaskets have no wear on them. 2 new cylinder heads New water pump New intake manifold alternator new hoses and belts On Mar-23-12 at 15:47:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Emissions Compliance information: When i bought the car i was told it was emissions ready. I do not have paperwork on that or a sticker I don't live in a county were emissions are tested so i don't know how that works. Car has two catalytic converters, o2 sensors, muffler and full exhaust system that is in great working order I'm not going to guarantee it is emissions compliant or if there is an age exemption for emissions testing, but for those of you who maybe interested all of the emmission components are in place and functioning properly.
