1959 Triumph TR3 complete with side curtains, soft top, tonneau cover & hard top - NO RESERVE!!You will appreciate the straight frame and good shiny interior Very solid restoration candidate, this is a very complete car. There are not many of these car's left, for someone willing to put in some sweat equity you could end up with a high dollar ($20k-$30,000+) Triumph TR3 when completed. 81,264 original miles. TR3's are getting harder and harder to find, especially ones that are as complete and straight as this one is- this car will only go up in value. This car was brought to MN in August of 1978 with 70,000 miles the second owner but 10,000 miles on it until he parked it in the late 1980's This one's been off the road for many years so the mechanical components are of unknown condition, however I did hook a battery up and the engine turns over nicely. I do not have a key so I could not check for spark, although the ignition components (coil distributor, cap and wires) look newer. If you know what you're doing, it wouldn't take much to get it running. The car was parked on an a solid floor which is probably why the interior and frame are in such good condition. The body does have some rust as you can see from the pictures, but most of it is surface rust and the wings are usable, the frame is solid, straight and does not show signs of damage or repair. The interior and dash are in surprisingly good condition, the bubble glass gauges with a little cleanup will shine and the seat covers are new. A black convertible top is included as well as the tonneau cover and convertible frame, they are in ok condition. A red hardtop is included as well as the mounting hardware and the side curtains. Two black wheels and tires are included in the final sale. There are also many extra parts such as a jack, tools, and a workshop mannual that will be included with the final listing.
