Here is a real 242 vin 1970 Pontiac GTO. This car is documented with PHS papers confirming its authenticity, the ORIGINAL protect-o-plate and pre-delivery check sheet . I have a clear Ohio title in my name. Car came from the factory optioned with the following: 400 ci V8 (350 hp) Turbo-Hydromatic Three Speed Automatic Transmission Power Steering Power Disc Brakes Rear Speaker White wall tires Rally II wheels -14” rally IIs in front, 15” in the back (replaced and not original) original 3:55 open rear end Soft ray tinted windshield Front and Rear floor mats AM radio Console Remote mirror The car has ultra rare paint! was Cardinal Red with factory two tone Polar White painted top (not vinyl) and Red interior. The car currently is as shown in the pictures. It is basically original other than having a ’70 lemans 350 YU engine that was put in to replace the original motor. Until last year this car was with the same owner since ’75. Car has been in a barn since then…… Transmission and rear end are original and numbers matching. The car is not under power, but rolls and can be towed by a dolly. I will help a shipper load and any shipping is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange. I require a NONREFUNDABLE $500 paypal deposit within three days of auction end and full payment prior to the car or title leaving my hands. Please be sure you are really ready to pay for this car before you bid. Unless otherwise agreed to, the car must leave my property within 30 days of auction end or a $150/month storage fee will be charged (sorry, I was just burned by a sale, three months ago and still no pickup.....). Foriegn buyers welcome, but please don't expect me to return international calls. Also, I am not interested in trades at this time. Car is for sale locally and listed at $3000 obo. My buy it now is what It will take to sell the car locally until the auction ends. This car needs a full restoration, do not expect to get the engine running and drive it.
