This is a somewhat rare 1965 Triumph Tiger sports roadster, also known as a T100SR. This motorcycle runs and has a title. This is a running project bike, further parts and labor will be required before it is road worthy. These models were offered in West or East coast trim. We believe this one is an East coast model. This example is not 100% complete or correct, but it has exquisite character and a plethora of patina to offer. At some point, it was painted and some parts were chromed. Other than that, it is mostly correct and missing only minor items. The gas tank is in excellent shape inside and out, definitely in ideal condition to be restored or ran as is. It needs a tool tray, speedometer, correct mufflers, tank trim pieces, side cover motif, some hardware, etc. The correct Amal 376 carburetor is on the bike, and was rebuilt here at the shop prior to listing on Ebay. This bike came to us in non-running condition and had been sitting in storage for a while. We only performed the basics to get it running, we did not test ride this motorcycle. It will require further work before being ridden. We tidied up the wiring, rinsed the fuel tank out, rebuilt the carburetor, drained the oil tank and motor and replaced with new oil. The motor sounds good and it is not fussy to start. The bike will not sell with a battery; the one we used in the video is for testing purposes only.
