68 C-20 3/4 Ton. 327 V-8, Factory power steering, power brakes, and air(works). Here is a real solid unmolested old truck. Sold new at Ramsey Chevrolet in Bixby, Ok and has apparently been an Ok. truck all it's life. It was hit in the driver's door and rocker panel and the driver's door has been replaced, other than that the old truck is pretty darn straight. The usual rust places, the rockers, cab corners, core support, firewall, floors all appear solid. The only significant rust is the passenger fender and inner fender below the battery. The motor and trans are fine. Apparently someone rebuilt the motor at some point and painted red and blue(?) Not sure if it's the original 327, but it has the original intake and ram horn manifolds. The only issue mechanically is that the carburetor isn't great, but I believe with a carburetor change this truck could be driven anywhere. This is a real solid old truck and is a great restoration candidate. I've had a couple of bidders ask if it will drive home. With the improvements I don't see any reason why not. Also there is a heavy back bumper that goes with it, it's not too pretty but it is useable.
