I'm selling a 1973 VW Bus. Talk about a classic! The Bus runs and drives GREAT! The transmission and the clutch are also in great shape. We just had the breaks done, so it stops good and the tires and like new. The head lights work fine (high and low), as well as the break lights and blinkers. The bus was just painted. When we got it, it had its normal rust, so we got much of it taken care of. It does still have rust in some areas, but its not to bad considering its almost 40 years old. The body shop used something like a spray on bed liner along the bottom of the Bus, this helps prevent new rust and also makes it stronger. The floor boards are in good shape. The Bus looks great from a distance, but the paint isn't perfect, as it was done on a budget. It does have some paint shrinkage, kinda looks like the paint is cracking ares. I tried to get a picture of a spot. BUT this would make a great little cruiser, and is also a great starting point if your looking to restore a Bus. Personally, if your just looking from something to drive around in, this is great. The Bus does not have heat, as it is missing the pipe that goes from the motor to the front of the car. This is one you need to see in person to fully appreciate. Like I said before, this thing runs and drives AWESOME! It starts right up every time, never had a problem with it.
