Up for bids is a 73 Ford F-250 Highboy. I'm selling this at no reserve, high bid will win. The truck runs, drives and stops. The tires are matching bias snows all the way around, they have decent tread but I honestly would not go running down the highway at 70 with them. The engine is a 360 which was said to be rebuilt, I have no idea if it is or not but it is clean and it runs good. Brakes are drum all the way around and they stop the truck as they should...master looks newer. Cab is 100% rust free, she was a desert truck her whole life. Speedo is broke, but milage still works...I have no idea if the milage is accurate or not. It needs things here and there but does run and drive good so it would make a decent truck to drive, restore or hog for parts. I honestly bought the truck for the original tires that were on it (4 brand new Michelins on stock rims) which I put on my 72 Chevy. I did drive the truck 140 plus miles home and it did run pretty good. Its far from perfect, it needs TLC but the truck does have potential. You guys know what it is, as do I. I simply have NO USE for it, I got what I wanted (the tires) now its time to pass her along. Please bid to win, I dont want someone to show up and nit pick all the things it needs. I'm starting the auction low, with no reserve...I expect high bidder to take it when they win, I will gaurantee the truck will start, and drive away under its own power. After that its as is. The cab is well worth my starting price, like I said it has ZERO rot or rust.
