For sale is a vintage 1971 VW SUPER BEETLE 90% restored.It runs great!clutch and transmisson operate efficiently and heater works fine.This VW has a new motor with less than 2500 miles on the engine.The original color of the VW was yellow,it was repainted to fire engine red,paint shines brightly with minor flaws.A small section of the right rear panel needs repainting because of a minor scrape (see pics),new chrome all around except bumpers.It was upgraded to front disk brakes,electric fuel pump,pointless ignition system,am&fm radio,tachometer and has new shocks and struts.All lights and turn signals work fine except there is no high beam only low beam.The upholstery and convertible top are in good condition(see pics)and tires have good tread.The beetle comes with a cover that snaps in place to hide the convertible top when down.
