Vehicle Detail
I am RELISTING this item due to local buyer backing out due to finances. You are bidding on my 2000 4runner SR5. This truck is rare in that is an SR5, but looks like a Limited. It has the very desirable color combination of black with gray leather and wood grain interior. This truck is LOADED. It comes with a 3.6L V6 engine, automatic transmission, leather interior, wood grain accents, moon roof, power windows and locks, CD and tape player, COLD AC and great heat, roof rack, tow package, running boards, fog lights, keyless entry and alarm, and cruise control. All electrical on this truck works perfectly. The tires have approximately 40-50% tread left on them (see pics). This truck has absolutely no rust on it. Again, NO RUST! This truck has been in Northeast Texas its entire life. It was purchased brand new from Don Davis Toyota in Arlington. It was traded in to the Audi dealership in Dallas, Texas, where I purchased it in July 2006 with only 64,000 miles on it. I am the 2nd owner. For the last 5.5 years I have driven this truck less than 7,000 miles per year, mainly to work and back. During my ownership, I have kept it in the garage about 75% of the time. The exterior looks great. For its age, I would rate the exterior at about an 8 on a scale of 1-10. There are no dents and only minor scratches on the paint, which is associated with normal wear and tear. There are some scratches, mainly on the driver side back panel where my electric gate accidently closed on the side (no dents). Also, there is a small round scratch on the hood less than the size of a dime, and the paint on the front grill has faded some. You would not see this stuff unless you were really paying attention. The interior is flawless, except for a small tear in the leather on the driver seat that was there when I purchased this truck in 2006, and has only grown slightly in the 5.5 years I've owned it. Wood grain looks great, and gray leather looks brand new. See the pictures for details. This truck has been meticulously cared for and maintained. The oil is always changed at 3,000 miles, but usually less than that as I don't drive this truck a lot. During my ownership the last 5.5 years I have had the following repairs made: 5-23-08: Timing belt, Alternator belt, Vane pump belt and V belt replaced. Water Pump and thermostat also replaced. Work done at Toyota of Dallas for $1,282.99. Receipt Available. 9-24-08: Mass airflow sensor replaced, fuel injectors serviced, and spark plugs replaced. Work done at Toyota of Dallas for $674.25. Receipt available. 7-22-10: Front brakes replaced and rotors machined. Work done at Classic Toyota of Tyler, Texas. Receipt Available. 8-29-10: Battery replaced. Receipt available. 11-8-11: Replaced starter and fly wheel. Total cost of $1,060.55. Receipt available. I love this truck, and if it were up to me I would drive it another 150,000 miles because, as you know, Toyotas run forever. I am having to sell because we have a little one now and just not enough room, so I bought a Sequoia. I hope you enjoy driving this one as much as I have. If you are local and want to test drive, please contact me. Vehicle is sold "as is where is" with no implied or express warranties.
