It is the buyer's obligation to fully inspect the vehicle before delivery. Al out-of-state sales are AS IS, and no warranties of any kind are provided except the remaining OEM warranty or OEM Certified Warranty. We have a range of warranty options available to you, we would be happy to provide a free, no obligation quote for you.
We will accept certified bank checks and bank to bank wire transfer of funds (please call us for routing and account numbers). We can also make arrangements for financing.
The buyer is responsible for all sales taxes as well as title and registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for above fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered and any others that may apply. For our NYS and Erie count the sales tax of 8.75% will apply.
The buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping of the vehicle. If you wish to have the vehicle shipped we will gladly assist you in making arrangements. We will also be more then happy to pick you up at the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport and bring you to our dealership to inspect and take delivery of your new vehicle. We can also make recommendations for accommodations while you are here. If you live in Canada, your best option is to come to our dealership and pick up the vehicle in person. We are familiar with the export process and can assist you with the paperwork.
