After purchase, Car was dismantled (frame off),frame pressure bead blasted,primed and repainted, same with many parts, most refurbished or replaced,body resealed,primed and top coated with urethane base coat, clear coat before assembly with most weather stripping replaced, car restored to original like new condition, same color, Aquamarine. Engine is the original 300 HP, 390 w/4 bore carb, engine rebuilt for the first time, rebuilt fly wheel and starter, original trans rebuilt, new radiator, expansion tank and fan, steering gear replaced, top,carpet and upholstery replaced new at the time, also replaced fuel tank with the larger 25 gal tank which was original equipment 66 and up. Also added new "Ignitor" electronic ignition w/flame thrower coil, electric fuel pump,new cap,plugs and wires. Radio is the original AM in excellent condition, added AM/FM radio which works excellent. Convertible top mechanism is original and works excellent with glass back window. All body sheet metal is original, most trim original with refurbished bumpers, all glass original. Has all new suspension parts, 4 new coils, all bushings, shocks,air in back, new tires at the time, new brakes, master cyl, wheel cyls and parts, original rims and hub caps, mufflers new, pipes good. The latest new parts installed: Holley alum carb #1850SA, expansion tank, fuel tank sender. Under my ownership, car has always been garaged and in top running condition. Purchased car in 1996, was an approx 10 year restoration project at the time and driven approx 4K miles sinse restore, has current up to date license and registration, runs excellent, very reliable and can be driven anywhere.
