I am the original owner of this rare truck according to my research there were only 303 4x4 convertibles built in 1990 I believe the total production numbers for the convertible was around 3000 very few were 4x4s less than a 1000 I believe. The trucks were only made in 1989 and 1990 with the final 8 being finished in 1991 my truck is the sport addition which is even rarer. The truck runs and drives great but needs a paint job and a little rust repair which I had planed on doing my self but I have to many restoration projects ahead of it and wont be able to tackle this one for a couple of more years. I hate to see this rare truck sitting here waiting for me to get to it when it should be at car shows or turning heads while cruising the streets. So I am offering this truck up for another collector to restore to their expectations. I have all the original manuals for the truck and even the sales literature on the convertibles that the dealers handed out in the show room. I also have the boot that covers the top when its down to give it a sleek look and no the boot is not for sale separate it stays with the truck.
