I am selling a project truck my father and I never got the opportunity to finish. The truck was purchased by us in 2004 with plans on having it fully restored, but unfortunately my father passed away in 2006 and I'd rather sell it than see it sit there. The body is in very good shape with very minimal rust. The original Engine was bad so we purchased a 1996 318 and automatic transmission from a Dodge Dakota. The Engine had 63,000 miles on it and ran great. The computer, wiring harness, and all pieces are included. The engine and transmission are in the truck but are not mounted. You will have to fabricate the mounts. The original engine also was a 318 but the mounts are not the same. We were building the engine mounts when we stopped working on it. We have a clear title. The radiator, all emblems and pieces are included in the back of the truck. I do not have the original engine, we weren't concerned with keeping it original as we were it dependable and wanted the overdrive transmission. We have always kept the truck covered. On Feb-16-12 at 13:24:24 PST, seller added the following information: I wanted to note that I added three pictures today showing the underside of the vehicle. It shows there is almost no rust and the wooden bed seems to be in great shape. This truck has spent most of it's life in a heated building and I've keep it covered since I've owned it. The front suspension appears to be all original, it is a single axle. Also I do have the dash and all original gauges. I do not mind keeping the vehicle where it is as long as you need to pick it up, I will work with you however I can but I do require payment in full within seven days of auction end.
