1973 CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE NUMBERS MATCHING COLLECTOR QUALITY Same owner since 1999 and only having 73K original miles. Original California car that has completely been gone through starting with a new paint job in 2005 that took 6 months to do. Done in original Elkhart green (color code 947). The paint has a super high gloss finish and catches sunlight beautifully. Overall excellent condition with hardly any flaws. Top tiered driver quality bordering on show car quality. The chrome is like new including the rear bumpers and the luggage rack. Convertible top has one flaw in the stitching on the passenger side. Top shuts tight and latches work perfect. The entire interior was done in 2005 as well. The tan leather seats and the carpeting are both in excellent condition. The door panels are in great shape. Door locks function properly. All the gauges work accept for the clock. Even the seat belt chime and and belt indicator light operates as well as the headlight indicator light (illuminates when headlights are on). Headlights open nicely. It has the original jack in the back stow away compartment and the spare is in tact underneath the car. The engine is an original NUMBERS matching 350/190 h.p with the original automatic transmission. Highly optioned car with tilt/telescopic wheel, power windows, power steering and brakes, AM/FM casette, A/C is currently in-op but the compressor turns easily by hand. The original California smog pump is in the engine bay and is still connected. The engine runs excellent and sounds just as nice. The entire brake system has been redone. Including master cylinder, lines,drums etc. This car stops on a dime with a great pedal. The exhaust system has been gone through and sounds great. The suspension system has been gone through as well. Handles incredibly well and tracks straight and true down the road. The frame is solid as expected.
