This is my 1962 Pontiac Catalina convertible. 389 ci.V8 matted to an automatic transmission, 102k original miles, The car is RED with a tri-tone white, red, and silver interior, The top is white, It has been professionally lowered over 18" and 20" Intro rims and tires, car comes with 2 sets of wheels (Intros and the stock wheels/tires), The stock wheels and tires are not original to the car from 62, but are the wheels and tires that came with the car when I originally purchased it. The suspension can easily be brought back to stock height with some new springs if you so desire. It was repainted about 20 years ago and still looks great today, custom exhaust with a great sound, Sony HD stereo with iPod aux cable, 12 inch Rockford HE2 subwoofer with Kenwood components and a Sony amp, 700 watts of total power, custom billet steering wheel has replaced the stock wheel, I no longer have the original wheel. It was cracked beyond repair when I bought the car.The only thing this car needs is a new hydraulic motor for the convertible top. The top does work, but its very slow and has a small leak. I have no reason to put the top up, as I only drive it on sunny summer days, so this has never bothered me enough to fix. This is my weekend cruiser and it has been babied its whole life. No rust at all and the chrome is in great shape. My reason for selling is my daughter is getting married and I would like some cash for a new project.
