Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT (v6) with 150k miles. I am the only owner and I am selling because its time to purchase a new car. The vehicle is located in Elkridge Maryland 21075. Please read fully as I will try to give the most detailed description as possible. I just took the car to the local dealer and told them I wanted to make sure the car was %100 mechanically right so you can be sure of what you are purchasing. So within the last week I've spent almost 2k prepping the car for sale and I have the paper work to show what's been done if you care to see. Lets start with the good... Brand new ( in December) wheels and tires 18x7.5 (larger and wider than stock) Stage 2 clutch masters racing clutch with Fidenza fly wheel with less than 20k miles Full comp sound system. The stereo is about 5 years old but I spent over $6000 on just the components not including the installation and wiring. Twin amps with capacitor running 10 speakers and 2 subs all top of the line name brands. Cat back exhaust and after market intake Slotted and cross drilled rotors Recent oil change and wiper blades ( I would like to note that every oil change was done with full synthetic and every gas fill up was premium) New power steering pump last year Carbon fiber hood tinted windows (legal tint %) Alright now the bad The car has more then its share of dents and scratches. A minor fender bender has left a small crack in the front bumper and there is a sizable dent on the right rear quarter panel just to note a few so the vehicle gets a lower rating for over all appearance. I've tried to show the major areas in the photos and you are welcome to come see the car anytime. The hood is also fading so it should be painted at some point. You can use black magic on it to make it shine but its only a temp solution. The passenger window switch is bad so it wont roll down till its replaced. The car does have an alarm but you will need to get a key fob from the dealer as the old one has broke. Probably run you $150 for a new one. The DVD screen has a hazy look but all I use now is the mp3 jack So all in all its a solid running car with some sweet points but could use some body work if you want it back to show room quality. I have personally enjoyed this car and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. It has never left me stranded and the performance is quality. Pics were taken just before Christmas and I have a clear title in hand. Test drives are welcome just call or text 410 961 2645 Car does not have a moon roof! not sure why ebay added that. Some people have inquired about the interior so just to let everyone know the interior is in great condition other than the driver side mat has a hole. The rug underneath is fine. You can get a new mat for $30 so no big deal. Also some more info about the stereo. Like I said it was installed about 5 years ago but this is what I remember ..... System consisted of 1 alphasonic 5 ch amp running 10 pioneer component speakers (4 sets of 2 plus 2 satellite speakers) and 1 - 8" audiobahn sub. Second amp is a rockford fosgate 1ch bridged amp running a Rockford fosgate T2 12" sub ( I think at 1 ohm) I forget the cap size but it was huge at the time and the head unit is a kenwood DVD player though the screen went fuzzy a couple months ago. It has an external jack for mp3 player. Full sound deadening done on the interior under the carpet and inside the doors plus quality cables and wires. It was built for quility of sound not overall loudness. Don't get me wrong it is very loud but detail to quality was first choice. I have had a lot of compliments on it and I will truly miss it!
