Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe with Rumble seat. This is really a nice looking and driving car. Just had a new engine with high compression head, built by antique engine rebuilding in Skokie, Illinois installed and it has less than 30 miles on it. Also put a new water pump, fan assembly, exhaust, rebuilt zenith carb, rebuilt distributor, new fuel float and much more. The color is hard to tell from the pictures but it is the Ford brown and black two tone. I don't know what the actual name is for the brown but it is the right Ford brown. The only thing that I can say bad about the car is I have a couple extra fuel filter installed as the gas tank is still cleaning itself out. Before I got the car it sat inside a heated airport hanger for 17 years. Bought from the Ken Kirchman estate in Florida. You can google him just to see where this car came from.Don't want to sell but have an unexpected wedding to pay for. You won't be disappointed. Your more than welcome to come and inspect yourself or have someone else. A $500 deposit due within two days of end of auction and balance within one week. I can hold car up to one month in inside storage free.On Jan-28-12 at 11:36:48 PST, seller added the following information: I was emailed by a Ford Collector to let me know the color is Thorn Brown and that it is not a Deluxe. I'm waiting on a response from him letting me know what the difference is. I thought it was called a Deluxe but apparently not????On Jan-28-12 at 13:53:21 PST, seller added the following information: Correction. I'm sure it is a Deluxe and the emailer that originally thought it wasn't corrected himself and said it is. It was the 1931 Deluxe that rear window went down not the 1930
