I have a 1970 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible for sale. I found this car in a barn where it has been sitting for 6 years. I have cleaned all the trash and dust off the the car and in the process of getting the motor running. The top works as it should but will need to be recovered. This car is great shape considering where it has been. The car has factory high back bucket seats with a center console shifter. This car was ordered form the factory with a 429 and has the 429 badges on the side of the car. I am sure this car was a great looking ride when it rolled out. I have ordered the build sheet from Ford and it should be here in a few weeks. I will forward it to the new owner. I have looked all over the internet and have not seen one of these wiht this type of equipment.The miles on this car are not verified and there is a some rust in places. The trunk pan will need to be replaced. The body is in great shape and in my opion will not need any major body replacement. I am a Chevy guy and not up on my ford stuff, I do not know if this the original motor or not.I hope there is someone out there that will like this car and want to restore it.
