1970 Mustang SportsroofComplete restoration to show quality. All work done by a professional restoration expert approximately 3 years ago.Body……Entire vehicle media blasted and all bondo removed. All rust and rust damage removed and repaired. New body parts: Hood, front valance, rear valance, spoiler, deck lid, grille, headlight buckets, trim, front windshield, door handles, mirrors and weatherstripping. Paint…..Primed and painted with Mitsubishi “Liquid Copper”. Multiple coats of clear. Body undercoat applied. Interior…..Custom black vinyl with orange trim to match exterior. New: Carpet, Flaming River tilt steering wheel, Autometer gauges (all functional), Radio (not functional), door latches and locks.Engine/Transmission…..351 Cleveland w/MSD ignition and a C6 transmission. New radiator and chrome trim. All new brake lines and wiring. The mileage before restoration is unknown.First and foremost, this car was restored to be a show car and not a daily driver. I have the Marti report and a replica of the door sticker.As with any restoration, I have invested a ton of time and money into this vehicle which I realize I will never be able to recover.
