Another T160 up for auction from Big D Cycle. This T160 is a project bike, a big project. This motorcycle needs a complete tear down and rebuild. We recovered the motorcycle from an attic where it had been sitting for quite a while. Over the years, it had been robbed for parts and left in the condition you see here. The motor turns over with the kick start. The contents of the primary dive are intact under the cover, but everything needs to be rebuilt or replaced. This bike is missing parts, but it does come with very hard to find airbox. The frame and motor numbers are matching, and this bike will sell with a title. Here are some of the major missing parts, Carburetor rail Side cover Complete exhaust Starter motor heat shield One push rod tube Exhaust rocker box Cylinder head hardware Right hand side handlebar switch gear I’m sure there is more missing than listed, but those are the major things I noticed. T160 restorations are not easy, but this is a good start for someone who is up to the challenge.
