You are looking at a 1988 Jeep Wrangler hard top. This a project not a jump in and drive jeep. It has a clear West Virgina title. In West Virgina you dont have to list milage on the title and he had removed factory speedo so I do not no the actual milage of the Jeep. It has a 4.2 engine and auto trans. that runs good and it shifts fine. The guy I got it from was building a trail buggy and had started an over axle conversion. He has already stretched the rear drive shaft but front still needs to be done. He also removed all of the factory gauge cluster and mounted a plate where they were located with toggle switches to operate ignition, lights, wipers and dome light. He has also installed a coolant and oil pressure gauge below dash, but no speedo or fuel gauge. I have started to buy the parts to convert it back to an everyday ride....like stock axles with factory perches (front and rear, which come with this auction), speedo gauge (factory style), over head speaker bar, and extra wide fender flares to go with. It has a good body on it with one bad rust spot below the license plate bracket....u can see in the pictures. It has 33 boggers on it. They are worn down too much to pass inspection but still can be used for off road fun. Please feel free to ask questions. Serious bidders only!
