This is a 2001 Beetle TDI (diesel), automatic, all four tires are new with less than 2000 miles. The paint is as you are able to observe in the many detailed pics., mainly the roof, hood and hatch are somewhat faded from the Florida sun. Spare tire is original Continental, appears unused and all tire changing tools are in place. The spare tire well is beautifull and extremely clean, no rust. So clean you could eat out of it! Clean leather upholstery, no rips, no tears and no signs of wear. Carpet is clean. Interior is very clean. Needs driver interior door handle and the antenna is broken. A very presentable Beetle TDI. One female owner car! The bad: Car needs the cylinder head replaced or repaired, as the timing belt went out on it and my mechanic told me: "It appears to have bent the valves". He took off the valve cover and said it definitely needed a cylinder head. Please do your research as to the expense/cost of repair. Car has only 103000 miles. If you are looking for a TDI you know how great these cars are! If you can live with the paint and repair the cylinder head you'll have a trouble free TDI that will provide you many more tens of thousands of miles of driving fun and fuel economy. Car was working great prior to the timing belt issue, a/c cold as ice, smooth shifting transmission, drives straight with no vibration nor trembling of the steering.
