This is a 1961 Triumph TR6R restoration project. Obviously this bike has been inoperable for some time. This bike was stored in an attic for 20+ years. It is in reasonable shape considering the circumstances, and almost all the major parts are accounted for. This bike will sell with a title, and the numbers do match. The motor turns over, but not as freely as it should. This motor will definitely need a complete rebuild, as will everything else on the bike. The gearbox is shifting and does not appear to have been tampered with. The pictures relay the bike’s condition better than words can. The inside of the gas tank is rusty, but not rusted all the way through. The tank could be saved with chemical stripping and metal working. All the parts pictured will ship with the bike to winning bidder. This motorcycle will require a lot of time, money, skill, and patience. It is sold as is.
