i was told this was a prototype bike for this modal k100 it has 2 vin numbers the one with the line threw it is supposable when they where making the prototype bike this one the 3rd one supposably, It got the line threw it and was supposably the 3rd on the production line. i did not research it but im sure by the photo of the vin you bmw guys will figure out if it is true. bike ran when parked in 97 will need carb service and battery, it is off the dmv records has not been registered since 1997, low miles less then 32,000. missing one side cover i lost it, there are a few parts in the pic dont no where they go, im not a mechanic the guy i got the bike off of took them off, any questions call aaron 714 987 0842 and i dont no what year it is i think 85... bike will be sold with bill of sale, ez to register only need a bill of sale and a vin verification from the chp, no back reg
