Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 (which is a fraction of normal dealer fees) that includes the following: mechanical inspection (all fluids are checked and replaced if needed to ensure a smooth and safe drive home), a car wash, and 20 day temp tags (out of state) All paperwork is prepared for you to make a smooth transfer of title at your local DMV or if your a NYS resident we will process DMV paperwork for you and issue you plates. Sales Tax: For all dealer vehicle sales in NY, sales tax must be collected at the point of sale, for all other states, sales tax is collected by your local tax collector upon registering. Shipping: If shipping is needed you will need to provide your own third party transport company at the buyers expense. Pickup: Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer and complete the transaction in person. Please refer to vehicle location above. Right to inspection: All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction.
