Payment: A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer. Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 (which is a fraction of normal dealer fees) that includes the following: mechanical inspection (all fluids are checked and replaced if needed to ensure a smooth and safe drive home), a car wash, and 20 day temp tags (out of state) All paperwork is prepared for you to make a smooth transfer of title at your local DMV or if your a NYS resident we will process DMV paperwork for you and issue you plates. Sales Tax: For all dealer vehicle sales in NY, sales tax must be collected at the point of sale, for all other states, sales tax is collected by your local tax collector upon registering. Shipping: If shipping is needed you will need to provide your own third party transport company at the buyers expense. Vehicle Description

Thoroughbred Motorsport is committed to customer service and have built our business on honesty and with a solid reputation. With that said, we have thoroughly gone through this car and evaluated it in its entirety to ease your buying expeirience and list as much we possibly can about our vehicles. This S4 has been serviced and well maintained. All new set of tires have been put on the car. The wheels are in decent shape; there is some minor curb rash but there not damaged, bent or have any air leaks. The driver’s side of the car has been repainted, but the car has not been in an accident, the frame was inspected by an expert and the carfax also reflects this. We were told it was redone for cosmetic reasons by the previous owner. There's a very small amount of seepage coming from the rear-main seal but nothing that needs to be addressed or repaired. The interior is in great shape. The light color Napa/Alcantara has normal wear for that type of material. There are no tears rips or major discoloration to the leather. The buttons and switches in the interior are all in good shape; around the climate control there is some wear around the temp controls. On the rear trunk lid there are two tiny dings (there are detailed pictures of) that are almost unnoticeable. The drivers side front fender by the lower wheel well has a small ding and minor rock chips aswell there are also detailed pictures of. The bumpers are both in great shape along with all the grills lights and plastic covers. The mirrors are brushed aluminum which are perfect shape. This S4 is definitely a hot item and is well equipped with nearly every option including a Premium Package, Audi/onstar Telematics, a Nappa Leather Upholstery, a Nappa Leather/alcantara Two Tone Upholstery, Rear Seat Mounted Side-Impact Airbags, an Infotainment Satellite Pkg. Plus many many more. There are paddle shifters make it sporty and responsive for complete control and the all-wheel drive V8 power makes this car drive on rails in any weather!
