1973 Honda CL

This is a Honda CL70 that I have had for 15 years and it was kept inside except for when rarely ridden. It has the original tires that show no wear. It has the original blue frame with silver gas tank. I kick the engine over regularly to move the engine oil. I bought it because it was like a bike I had when I was 14 YO now I am 53. It reminded me of my youth and now it is time to sell it. The gas tank is shiney inside. It has 905 original miles. I bought a new ignition switch with 4 keys and fork lock. I bought a new sealed headlight bulb, new front rubber footpegs. The original fork spring covers are not cracked. I believe the fork rubbers are original because it has 13 ribs and the new rubbers have 9 or 11 ribs. I bought the original type rear footpegs, the right peg is longer to keep your right leg away from the exhaust pipe. I bought a NOS left side blue battery cover, new ignition points and spark plug, new clutch cable, new rectifier that goes under the seat and plastic air filter cover, new rear brake rod. The seat is in excellent condition, no tear or rips. The exhaust is in good original condition, most of these bikes exhausts have been welded on. A carb kit was installed. The gas tank has a 2 x 4 inch that needs painted but has no dent. It was like that when I got the bike. I think a name was painted there and then sanded off. I sealed the metal with Ospho rust neutralizer. I have a clear title. All turn signals, lights and horn are working as should. Bike is also being advertised locally.
