Up for Auction, my 1965 Volkwagen Beetle. Its driver with a healthy 1500cc single port motor and 12v conversion. The ROOF RACK IS NOT INCLUDED, but is avalible seperatly for a additional $400 at the time of pick up. This rack is a vintage original that is very difficult to find. The tires are in very good condition The brakes stop exellent! They are a little sticky when releasing, but overall work well and not spongy The transmission does not grind or pop out of gear. The clutch is a nearly new Genuine SACH's and the SACH's throw out bearing was installed brand new yesterday (dec 16th) The Title is up to date and a Clear "open" title. from the privious owner/my freind and is ready to sign. and transfer. overall this car runs quite well with only a few small "bugs" to work out. mostly cosmetic flaws, and a couple little things like a few light bulbs, etc. Heres a link the "build thread" on kustomcoachwerks.com where i documented the entire project from start to finish! http://www.kustomcoachwerks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6611 I don't see any reason the car could not be driven home. but its entirely the responsibility of the buyer determine if the trip is a good idea or not. I offer no warranty of any kind. but will assist the new owner is readying the car for driving a long distance. IF you are trailering it or having a shipping truck move it for you. i would be more then happy to help drive the car onto the trailer/help load it. this is a legally binding contract. do not bid unless you intend on winning the auction. action will be taken on all unpaid items.
