MARQUE HISTORY: Chevrolet (and all other American truck manufacturers) made trucks throughout WWII based upon the early 1940s styles. After the war Chevrolet was the first to get an all-new line of commercial vehicles on the market when it introduced its Advance-Design line in the summer of 1947. Cosmetically these Advanced-Design models looked unlike anything built to that time. Their overall shape and detailing were thoroughly modern at the time. They looked surprisingly simple, yet these trucks had a rugged elegance that was wholly without precedent. These restyled trucks continued through 1955 with slight changes each model year. VEHICLE CONDITION: We do a mechanical and cosmetic inspection to each vehicle before listing it for sale. Most vehicles are driven by me and our mechanic to assist with the inspection. Although driven by us, it is no indication that the vehicle is ready for a long distance trip. We typically will put less than 30 miles on a vehicle during the inspection process. This report is included below will provide a reasonable description of the vehicle condition. Older vehicles are subject to normal wear and tear and we have tried to indicate the overall condition of the vehicle to the best of our ability. But, we can not always find everything that is not perfect with a vehicle, so independent inspections are welcome and encouraged. The only guarantee with an old vehicle is that something will fail given enough time!! INSPECTION REPORT Year 1951 Make Chevrolet Model 3100 Pickup Truck Ext. Color Green/Black Int.
