Up for bid is this 1968 Chrysler 300 Convertible barn find. This car was found at an estate sale after being parked inside a barn for 15 years. After putting in a charged battery she fired right up. It is a 440 c.i. big block TNT motor and a 727 automatic. The body is in very good condition for a car this old. It does have some surface rust but could be easily fixed. I am sure this car would not take much to bring it back to a really cool driver. It looks like it is complete . The trunk floor is very solid and so are all floor pans. It is a power top that works nicely. The seats are leather and the drivers seat would need to be resewed. Door panels are nice and so is dash pad. All of the glass is good, and all power windows go up and down. The usual things for a car setting up for so long would need to be done before driving on the road. Belts, hoses, fluids and brakes. . . It also has a tilt-telescopic wheel with power steering. The heater blows and the a/c blows but would need to be gone though. It has a bill of sale only as the title could not be found . The mileage is reading just over 17k and I have all service records going back to the 70s that seem to support that to be original. I cant however prove that it is. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of auction close through Pay-Pal. The balance to be paid in cash at pick up. I am willing to store for up to 30 days and will help load car at pick up.
