Terms & Conditions What are the terms?Payment: A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer. Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 (which is a fraction of normal dealer fees) that includes the following: mechanical inspection (all fluids are checked and replaced if needed to ensure a smooth and safe drive home), a car wash, and 20 day temp tags (out of state) All paperwork is prepared for you to make a smooth transfer of title at your local DMV or if your a NYS resident we will process DMV paperwork for you and issue you plates. Sales Tax: For all dealer vehicle sales in NY, sales tax must be collected at the point of sale, for all other states, sales tax is collected by your local tax collector upon registering. Shipping: If shipping is needed you will need to provide your own third party transport company at the buyers expense. Pickup: Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer and complete the transaction in person. Please refer to vehicle location above. Right to inspection: All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction. All the wheels are in decent shape and the tires all have good tread. The interior is in great shape and well equipped. The seats are also two tone along with the interior. The interior has normal wear for age but no tears, rips or major discoloration to the leather. The buttons and switches in the interior are all in good shape as well as all panels and switches. The bumpers are both in great shape along with all the grills and plastic covers and lenses. This BMW is definitely a hot item and is well equipped with nearly every option at the time. It's super sporty and responsive for complete control and the all-wheel drive combined with its power 6 cyc motor makes this car drive like it's on rails in any weather! This car is truely a bargin! This BMW still gets 19 miles per gallon in the city and gets 28 miles per gallon on the highway.
