Terms & Conditions What are the terms?Payment: A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer. Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 (which is a fraction of normal dealer fees) that includes the following: mechanical inspection (all fluids are checked and replaced if needed to ensure a smooth and safe drive home), a car wash, and 20 day temp tags (out of state) All paperwork is prepared for you to make a smooth transfer of title at your local DMV or if your a NYS resident we will process DMV paperwork for you and issue you plates. Sales Tax: For all dealer vehicle sales in NY, sales tax must be collected at the point of sale, for all other states, sales tax is collected by your local tax collector upon registering. Shipping: If shipping is needed you will need to provide your own third party transport company at the buyers expense. Pickup: Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer and complete the transaction in person. Please refer to vehicle location above. Right to inspection: All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction. We strive to accurately describe the vehicle but we must remind you that you are buying a used vehicle, please inspect prior to bidding and adjust your bid accordingly. If the buyer decides to forfeit the right to available vehicle inspection prior to bidding, the vehicle is accepted in current condition, although we strive to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible.
