Smooth, comfortable, reliable, great handling bike that has seen a lot of the US. 130HP, 6 speed transmission, shaft drive, heated grips, electronic cruise control. Bike has been serviced by the local BMW dealer Cycle Werks in Barrington, IL - records are available. Now all the goodies - Rick Mayer seat (the best), original BMW windscreen (17" tall) with 2 height settings (manual). Tank bag with 12V DC powered wired in for all your gizmos. A custom shelf for your radar detector & a GPS RAM mount (both easily removeable). I installed bar backs to improve the height & angle of the handlebars. The mirrors are off an R series bike & mounted to the fairing (not on the handlebars). Changed all the turn signals to clear lenses & brake lens is also clear with red LED flashers alongside to improve visibility. The headlight has a clear protective piece over it & there are PIAA lights under front cowling as well for additional lighting. New battery last Fall & recent rear brake pads this Spring.
