Selling for a friend who's grandpa passed away a couple of years ago. This car has been garaged and maintained it's entire life. You sure can't tell by looking at it that it is about to turn 25 years old, it looks to be a couple of years old. The odometer shows 40,000 but I would say it's 140,000, which is still very low mileage for a 25 year old car. Super Solid, Paint still shines, Interior is still in excellent shape, power windows, power seats, power mirrors, towing package, a/c works, am/fm cassette, tilt wheel, cruise, tinted glass, Deluxe interior. Powered by a 5.0 and backed by automatic transmission. Does not smoke, Car has been sitting for 2 years and has dead gas in it that needs run out. I would have the fuel system cleaned, the fluids changed, transmission serviced etc. Before I put it back on the road, the tires are in very good shape, original spare and jack. Chances are if you were a child from the 1980's You remember riding with your family in something like this. Sure there were a lot of Mustangs and Camaro's, but if you asked to borrow the car to pick up your girl, chances are this is what you went to the mall and the movies theater in. Low reserve, a portion of this auction will be donated to Our Church's Toy Drive for Christmas. Mr. Williams would like that, and I'm sure he'd hate to see his beloved Mercury sitting Idle.
