You are looking at a beautiful and mostly original 1961 BMW R69S. The bike came out of a private motorcycle collection and has been sitting for about five months in a air condition garage with the gas drained, until this week. She now runs but will need gone through before riding her down the rode. She is mostly orignal minus some parts that include a new battery, tires, seat, wheel bearings, bushings, volt regulator, tool kit canvas, LED tail light bulb, and the paint and striping on the fenders and tank. Numbers do match, and it has mounts on the frame for a sidecar. It also has its tool kit, keys for the tool kit door and tire pump that sits perfectly on the bike. The chrome is in great condition for its age but there is some small pitting and peeling on the wheels. The mufflers look wonderful but have rust spots at the very bottom. She is a very rare find, and is a must to any ones collection, or perfect for that upcoming summer restoration project. There is a clean FL title and lots of receipts.
