1965 all original Pontiac Catalina sedan with a 389 v8 automatic transmission. i purchased the vehicle from a gentleman in north Carolina not too long ago and drove it home, he drove it from Alabama and he has had the car sitting in a storage facility for a few years, last he drove it was 1 1/2 ago. shortly after i drove the car home realized that i just cant be responsible of the deterioration of the car, its just too nice to just sit outside since i don't have an inclosed space to keep it in, i also just got moved to another location in the job so i have no way of taking care of the car at the moment. the mileage is all original and runs fine. the only problem mechanically that i have seen is that the left front upper control arm bushings need to be replaced, the brake pedal sinks to the floor when you're on the pedal at a stop light, the car takes a while to start if it sits for more than a day, the weather stripping are all dry rotten, the front seat cushion is torn and that the interior is dirty. the car has factory a/c but does not currently work, i was told by the previous owner that the a/c did work about 1 1/2 year ago so the refrigerant might have just all leaked out. it does have factor power steering, the car has been professionally painted a few years ago but has sat for a few years in a storage facility so its got some scratches on the body, a few surface rust and only 1 spot on the rear of the left fender that has actual rust that might need attention (see pic). the floor, trunk and under the hood is all solid and no rust through, everything inside the car works including the am radio! all lights work! heat is awesome! i do currently drive the car on Saturday nights to the local car meets so mileage might go up. i also have a few parts to go with the car like a extra 389 and transmission, dash, rear bumper, seats (no better than what in the car), trims, chromes,3 doors, all 4 door glass, front and rear glass to name a few. its up to you if you want the parts or not. included are pics of the trunk pan, undercarriage and the one rust spot mentioned. im sure some of you have some questions that i might have not answered so please, feel free to ask.
