This is a NO RESERVE auction for a 1979 Corvette.The engine is a gm target master 4 bolt main/steel crank crate motor. It had about 15,000 miles on it before it was removed from another vehicle.It will crank up but the hoses,belts,alternator,ps pump &a few other small items still need to be reinstalled.The engine has a new edelbrock eps intake, new 600 holley carb,chrome summit fuel pump & a HEI billet distributor that was recently installed.I also installed a chrome dress up kit as well as new Talor plug wires,new water pump & new stainless braided fuel line.The headers are thermo coated block hugger style manufactured by Sanderson.This car is not ready to drive.It still needs an exhaust system & rear brake calipers.There are new seat covers just installed. The carpet & door panels are in fair condition. The carboard side panels on the console & the emergency brake cover needs replacing.The center gauge cluster looks good but the dash pad does have a few cracks.The steering is tilt & telescoping & does not have any loose play.The body is very nice.There is only 1 very small cracked area above the drivers side rear wheel opening area(see attached photo).The original slotted aluminum wheels are in very good condition with new center caps.The underside of this car has been put on a lift & thoroughly inspected.There is no rust through or pitting on the frame & there has never been any repairs to the frame or suspension components.No previous signs of any fiberglass repairs to the body or any metal patches or repairs to the frame.
