The deposit amount will be stated above. The deposit is due in paypal only. The final payment is due within 7 days of auction closing, no exceptions. Final payment is due in cash, certified check or bank transfer. Under no circumstances will a personal check be allowed. If you decide you would like to pay the remainder of the vehicle with paypal, we do allow it. However you will need to add a 7% transaction fee to the balance of the car (not including the deposit) Keep in mind, just because you pay using paypal doesn’t mean you are covered with buyer protection. This is an as-is sale and you agree to that fact. If final payment is not received the vehicle can be relisted and sold to another bidder. A $125 documentation fee is also charged to a public sale. If you decide you do not want the vehicle a contract termination fee of $175 will be assessed. Shipping Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Paperwork, Warranty, Car Removal, Storage, Misc If you are having this vehicle shipped, the vehicle needs to not only be paid for, but ALL paperwork needs to be properly filled out and returned to us before we can release the vehicle. We will NOT release a title of the vehicle until it is picked up either by person of tow truck.** Once a vehicle is release to the towing company all liability is transferred to the towing company. Vehicle needs to be picked up from our location within 10 business days after the auction ends. Everyday a car is not picked up a storage fee of 35 dollars a day will be assessed or a fee of 75 dollars per week will be assessed, whichever is less. If you need vehicle storage we are more then capable of providing it. We charge 150 dollars per month. *We do not release the title to a vehicle until picked up because if the car is at our facility for an amount of time where storage fees are due, they will need to be collected before release of title.
