Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser in great condition. I purchased this car a few months ago and the only reason I'm selling it is because I got a great deal on a 1998 Land Cruiser that I couldn't turn down. I love these vehicles, but I don't need two! It currently has 150,800 miles and drives like a dream. It has red paint on brown leather, which is a unique color combination. Considering the car is 17 years old, it is does have some paint chips, light scratches and just a couple of minor dings, but overall, it looks great. I get stopped each time I drive it and people cannot believe the age. It does have some roof fading, which is a common issue for these Land Cruisers. The car was love-tapped in the parking lot before I owned it and early in it's life (you'll see in the history report), but there was no damage to the frame and the original panels needed to be repaired. It was repaired nicely, however, there is a slight color differential on the rear passenger back panel. It's minor, but it's the only after effects of the love tap in the parking lot. The leather is in good condition, with no abnormal wear at all. It has power everything, including a sunroof. This car does not have a locking differential. Being extremely particular, I have done the following while I've owned it: New rear brakes and rotors New power steering pump Replaced AC belt Replaced EGR Transducer valve Just passed SMOG Just registered in California Additionally, I just put in a brand new stereo system ($3,100.00) consisting of new Pioneer speakers all around, a Rockford Fosgate amplifier, 6.5" Kicker Subwoofer, Pioneer head unit with Navigation, DVD, Pandora, Hands Free Bluetooth telephone capabilities, and much more. It's a fantastic stereo system and the installation is impeccable. I wanted all of the stock speaker grills and no cutting up of the car, so other than the head unit, it looks absolutely stock. I also have the original head unit that will come with the car. Everything in the car works, most notably the clock, AC and power radio antenna, which are common failures on these cars. I am truthfully as picky as it gets and this is one of the most solid Land Cruisers I've ever been in this model generation (91-97). In an effort to make the car rattle free (nearly impossibly as these are trucks!), I took off the door panels and dash, and lined the plastic with fabric tape. Also, to help eliminate road noise from the transmission (right below the center console), I've lined the frame with Dynamat. This is a great car and I have had no problems. If I didn't get a "98, this would be in my garage for decades to come. While the car is great in my eyes (especially for 17 years), it is being sold with no warranty and I have no problem with arranging to have it inspected at the buyers cost. I have the clean, clear title in hand. I also have original owners manual and both sets of keys, one with the Toyota remote clicker. Please contact me with any questions. On Nov-21-11 at 15:21:10 PST, seller added the following information: Please note, I have set my reserve at $7,000, which I feel is fair for price. Considering the $3,000.00+ I just put into the stereo (I know I probably won't recoup it all), I feel that this price is fair. At that price, I am basically selling the car at $4,000.00, which is thousands less than I just paid months ago! On Nov-22-11 at 10:35:50 PST, seller added the following information: I also forgot to mention that the car is a California & Arizona car, therefore there is absolutely no rust. I also had a complete oil/filter change and differential fluid change within the last 100 miles. Lastly, the AC has been converted to r134a, and it works perfectly.
