The current owner purchased this brand new Corvair for his lovely wife in 1964. It has been garage kept and well cared for as a family heirloom ever since. All maintenance records have been kept, including the original owners and shop manuals. This great car runs and drives superbly. The engine and transmission are smooth and strong. The front end was rebuilt last year with new shocks and brakes. The body is in very good condition. It was repainted with the original enamel Chevy blue paint in 2000. The top has been replaced and the interior is in very good condition as well. If you buy this car and live within 50 miles of Chapin SC, I will drive it to you.
