The last of the 5.0L GT Mustangs, 1995.......before the recent re-introdution for the 2011 model of course. This car once owned by JoAnn Roma Orlando, the wife of Dario Orlando, the President of STEEDA who is now huge in the industry. My 2006 Mustang GT has a lot of Steeda parts installed.....high quality stuff for sure. The documentation file that will be supplied with the car provides the proof that this car was owned by the Orlandos, I bought it out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in August of 2006. Car runs well with the automatic AOD transmission....transmission sometimes takes a bit of time to shift from second to third but gets the job done......I think that a shift kit was added by Steeda. The red paint was redone in early 2008......2003 Cobra red was chosen which did not vary in color enough to have to worry about painting the door jambs and such. It is a gorgeous color, a nice deep, deep red. There is a vertical scratch in the paint just behind the driver's door as well as the passenger side ground effects molding is scratched due to my youngest daughter taking a corner a little tight and caught the curb so it needs repainted, The seats are white leather.....rear seats are in great condition, the front seats need to be redone.......the Steeda logo is sewn into the seat backs of all seats. With black carpet that is in great condition, this makes for a stunning overall color combination. The black convertible top, including the rear glass, was completely replaced in summer 2010 by Stitches, a high quality interior restorer here in Houston to the tune of $1200.00. I have kept it protected with 303 Protectant. The stereo is Pioneer however I have a couple original Ford radios, one with a CD player and one with a cassette that I will ship with the car. Car has a brand new Ford distributor and has what I believe to be 1993 Cobra R wheels wrapped in Falken FK-452 rubber with a lot of tread remaining. The wheels have been curbed some during its previous life and would benefit from some feathering and a repaint. Car also has a brand new heater core installed. The Flowmaster exhaust has a cool, low rumble to it.........always knew it was the car when my daughters drove into the neighborhood. Car does need the air bag module replaced as it has gone bad and the passenger side airbag deployed when it did. The airbag system has been disconnected to prevent the driver side from deploying as well. This car was used by my daughters during high school and college.......the story is that I now have other cars and projects to consume my time and money so I need to reduce inventory. Someone could take this car and invest a bit more and have a fantastic part of Mustang history, an SN-95 car with documented traceability back to early Steeda. The car did win an award in a local car show several years back when I entered my youngest daughter......I put a lot of effort into maintaining and cleaning this car. Someone needs to take it and continue its history.....the SN-95 Mustang will soon become very collectible, especially the 1994 and 1995 models with the 5.0L engine..........also, a copy of the official 1995 Mustang Ford sales brochure as well as the Chilton Manual is included as well
