Up for auction is a rare 1969 Buick GS 400 convertible with only 74,000 miles. Rare because it has factory a/c, numbers matching RR engine code, was originally green, and still has its pearl vinyl interior, power windows, tilt wheel, power seat, buckets w/shifter of floor, power disc brakes, power top, power steering, 5th chrome factory mag, speed minder, original am radio. I don't know the exact color of the car, but it is a dark red/ burgundy color, with white interior, and a good white soft top. Top works just fine, good shape, drivers seat, and carpet need to be replaced. I don't have the boot for the car. The drivers side window works, but it is off track, and I haven't had time to fix it. The plastic rollers in the window track usually crack due to age. A/c is complete but doesn't work. Power drivers seat doesn't work. All the glass is good on the car. All panels look to be original, doors, trunk, and hood shut tight with good body lines. There are minor blisters on the body, frame floors, and trunk are in nice shape. There was some work on the trunk pan at one time. It is on the passenger side. Their was an added power antenna on the car, so now there is a hole in the top of the rear quarter about the size of a half silver dollar, (or there about). The car runs and drives excellent, shifts good, top goes up and down, runs smooth. recent tune up, always starts up. The whole car bumper to bumper, I would say that it is a driver quality car. Paint is faded, has some scratches too. Great candidate for a full restoration, I haven't seen one this loaded with options in a long time. Bid to win, I have a very low reserve on the car.
