1966 Triumph TR6C Trophy. Mostly Original. Clear Wisconsin title. Newly rebuilt gauges.(see pic) Decent tires. TT style aftermarket pipes. Has desirable period upgrade of twin-leading-shoe front brake. This bike is quick-its a nice feature to have! Boyer- Bransden Electronic ignition means reliability and power. Also has had a twin-carb Bonneville head installed for performance. ( I have an original 1966 TR6 head available for additional $200, but if you use the BUY IT NOW I will include it.) Paint is good - Tanks is original with screw holes for emblems and map rack mudded over- easily accessed for re- installation. Frame is powder coated and very clean Needs a little cleanup - a few minor oil seeps at gaskets. Fork gaiters need replacement. This bike is an excellent candidate for a total restoration as its basically all there. Great winter project and a great investment. On Nov-12-11 at 14:54:14 PST, seller added the following information: Subsequent discussion with potential buyers have let me know that this bike is a mismatch- Frame is a 65/66 , Title is a Wisconsin DOT issued year 1966 and title VIN # in WI goes off the Engine number. Engine is a 71-so must have been a registered replacement. Either way- a good running bike- parts alone are worth more than the reserve
