Gentlemen....today I have for your consideration a really nice "SURVIVOR" ---- A life long California car ---- 1965 Mercury Marauder Park Lane 2 dr. hardtop fastback! It has 61,309 miles (all but 60 miles put on by original owner). I purchased the car at his estate sale auction in 1999. The car is complete and original in every detail. It's a very striking car. Only 6853 were made of this model in 1965. Motor & transmission are excellent. Interior is super clean. I don't think the back seat was used. It looks new. Radio works. Factory air in dash, compressor is free. Engine specs: 390 cu V8, overhead valves, cast iron block, comp. ratio 10:10:1, brake H.P. 300 @ 4650 RPM, 5 main bearings, 4 barrel carburetor (Ford). This can be put on the road very easily, or if you plan on restoring it....it would be a beautiful comfortable ride! Personal info: I have been a car guy since 1953, at 16 I bought a 1939 Ford coup and I've been hooked ever since. I know cars and this one is probably the one you have been waiting for....I hope so!
