Thanks for taking the time to look at our auction for this Beautiful 1991 Mustang 5.0 Notchback. We have sold numerous nice Fox Body Mustangs, this car is one of the nicer examples I have seen. This is a low mile car with nice options in very good condition. This Mustang has always been a west coast car. It is rust free! It has been stored inside and not driven in the rain or bad weather for the past 5 years. It was driven rarely and only had just over 2000 miles put on it in 5 years. It was originally sold in California in 1991 and was moved to Washington State in 2006. It has a clean Auto Check report with the mileage history clearly showing the extremely low miles. According to the auto check it has had 3 owners.
This Mustang 5.0 is one of 557 Titanium Frost cars built in 1991. The interior is Titanium also. It is a 5 speed factory A/C car. It has power windows, door locks, power mirrors, power lumbar seats and cruise control. The interior is in very nice condition. Common to this year of Fox platform mustang, the ash tray door closer is broken. It has a Pioneer in dash am/fm CD player mounted in the dash. It will also come with the original am/fm cassette player.The original shifter has been replaced with a short shifter, the original will come with the car.
This Mustang 5.0 runs and drives excellent. It has 1993 17" Mustang Cobra wheels with 245 x 45 x 17 BF Goodrich Comp TA radial tires all around. The car has been lowered, the original springs will come with the car. The car has full length welded Maximum Motorsport sub frame connectors. Along with the lowering it has QA1 adjustable shocks, HPM drag launch lower control arms and an Aluminum rear differential Girdle. This mustang has 3:55 gears and a new white speedometer gear to correct the speed with the new gears. The 5.0 engine is stock with the exception of BBK equal length shorty headers and Mac performance mufflers and a K& N air filter in the stock air box.
Routine maintainance includes the recall done to replace the ignition switch by Ford 12/6/96. The heater core was just replaced with a Ford core October of 2011. The AC blows cold.
Overall the paint on the car is nice. There are 2 small chips on the passenger door as shown in the photos. The front bumper cover has been repainted. It is not an exact paint match as shown in the photos. It appears to be the original bumper cover as it does have a vin tag in the proper place but it has been painted over so I can not check the vin number. All other vin tags are in place on the car. There is some fading of the paint on the trunk and under the 1/4 window on the driver side of the car. The 1/4 windows are in amazing condition and do not show the weather damage typical of Fox Mustang 1/4 windows. All the trim on the car is nice.The body is very straight with only a few dings and blemishes.
This Mustang is fun to drive, handles very well and drives like it is on rails. The engine is powerful and runs smooth. The transmission shifts flawlessly and the clutch feels tight and smooth. I would not hesitate to drive this Mustang anywhere. The Mustang passed Washington State emission inspection 7/9/2011 and according to Auto check passed all California and Washington State emission inspections done since new. All electronics on the Mustang work as they should.

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auctions conclusion. Final payment is due within 7 days of the auction’s conclusion. If we are not contacted within 24 hours after the end of the auction, Dipstick Motors reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or do what it deems necessary with the vehicle. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. We do not accept full payment through Paypal.
It is the buyer’s obligation to fully inspect the vehicle before delivery. All out-of-state sales are AS IS, and no warranties of any kind are provided except any remaining OEM warranty. We have a range of warranty options available to you, and we would be happy to provide a free, no obligation quote.
We will accept certified bank checks and bank to bank wire transfer of funds (please calls us for routing and account numbers). We will also accept your credit union or bank auto financing check from any reputable institution. We do not accept full payment through Paypal.
The Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping of the vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped we will gladly assist you in making arrangements. If you live in Canada, your best option is to ship the vehicle to your closest DAS terminal in the US, and then drive or trailer it across the border yourself. Unless arrangements for storage of the vehicle are made in advance all vehicles will be picked up or shipped within 21 days. In the event the vehicle is not picked up within 21 days, a $25.00 per week storage feel will apply to cover the cost of inside secure storage. This fee will be paid prior to the release of the vehicle.
We reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay.

Fee and Tax Information: All sales have a $55.00 dealer documentation fee. This fee covers the cost of overnight documents, administrative cost, insurance cost, dealer bond cost, and printing of documents.
Winning bid does not include tax or registration fees. Buyer is responsible for all local state, county, and city tax fees, as well as title / registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for above fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Please have all of your permissions and finances in place prior to bidding. Any requests to cancel a transaction after the auction ends will require a $150.00 administrative fee. It is time consuming and costly to sell a vehicle. We understand that there are actual emergencies that do actually occur (an emergency is not failing to ask your wife or father for permission) and we will happily work with you if a true emergency exhists. Who we are?
Dipstick Motors is the brainchild of my wife and I. Why Dipstick Motors? Because we take buying and selling good quality used cars seriously but not too much so. It’s a little whimsical but so are we. We wanted something catchy. Most people are going to remember it. If it doesn't have a dipstick, we won't sell it.
We both have real eight to five jobs but buying and selling used cars has been a desire of mine as long as I can remember. It started with foxbody Mustangs but has grown to any good quality used car. My wife’s desire? To clean anything she can get her hands on. Hmmm..............I can see where this could work out well for me and for you.
We are both long time Oregon residents with ties to public service. We have lived in the Turner area just outside of the capitol of Salem Oregon for a substantial amount of time. We are honest and credible people. We have no desire to mislead or overcharge. Longtime car people say we won’t make it in the car selling business. It is our desire to prove them wrong. We aren’t about smoke and mirrors just good used cars for a fair price. We welcome any questions about our cars and our business. Our business is run out of our 3 bay auto shop on our property.
OK now for the real details about us. Me-John, I’m a long-time car afficionado who loves to have a different car every month. As this can become quite expensive my wife encouraged me to follow my dream of buying and selling car. I love fox body Mustangs and finding different collectible cars used for law enforcement purposes. I try to get the best cars that I can because I believe people are interested in low mile good used cars. I plan on retiring October of 2011 and will take my dream and passion full time.
