Vehicle has a CLEAR PAPERLESS TITLE at DMV. However, there is an existing lien on the vehicle. Upon a successful sale, my financial institution will release the title within 3 business days if paid by Cash in Person. Cashier's Check or Money Orders will take an additional two weeks before the title is released. The actual title will be issued by DMV within 30 days from the release of title by financial institution. Vehicle has never been in an accident (Auto check Report available). I am the third owner. All repairs and maintainace have been done at local Porsche dealer. Car has only been driven 12K miles within the last 5 years. It has always been covered inside the garage. Vehicle is a California car. It passed the enhanced California Smog Check 5 months ago and registration is good until July 2012. Vehicle has NO mechanical problems and NO leaks of any sort. The entire ignition switch was replaced in 2006. A new water pump and serpentine belt was installed in May 2011. Vehicle has a new battery. The keyless entry is inoperable but it does not affect the alarm system. Vehicle comes with only ONE key. The convertible top is in great condition.
