72 Mach 1 , I have had probably 10 mustangs in past 15 years, all in the 60's, decided to go a different direction this time, and already regret it. I am just a fan of the earlier ones and just cant get in to this one. car is dasically sound floors have a small pin hole, frame and torque boxes are solid. only real rust is in lower quarter panel and trunk drop off I have repair panels for this that are included. car disassemled by previous owner, all parts pictured are include, there are a lot of extra parts here I noticed 5 headlight baskets, 2 rear panels etc., as far as I can tell only major componets that car will need is: windsheild, carpet, headliner,door panels, and a torque convertor, the engine and trany are included. the engine is a 1972 351 cleveland. but is not original to this mustang. numbers say its from a passenger car. former owner told me it was rebuilt with less then 5000 miles on it. I pulled intake and oil pan, I always want to reasure myself before putting one in it is very clean, oil pump and timing chain are new I puled a couple bearings to check and they look new. so I think its probably good I will include new gaskets, water pump etc. to reassemble. the interior is not bad surface rust on floors, carpet is gone, headliner will need replaced, seats are not in bad shape, door panels have been cut up for speakers. (shame they are Mach 1 panels).. Also the Mach 1 hood pins are missing. I do have a clear IN. title in my name. will answer any questions I can. would like a 500 deposit in 72hrs. pick-up is responsibilty of winner but will help in any way I can. I am willing to work with winner on pick-up as long as we come to some sort of an agremnet. it is sitting in my garage and space is not an issue at this time. thank you and good luck bidding
