However, when we returned I noticed some seepage from the right fork seal, so that will need to be replaced. Solved the dreaded alternator problem by installing the 55 amp Geo alternator. Works Great! Always garage stored. As you should expect from a bike with 92,000 miles, not everything is sweetness and light. The center section on the console quit working, so you have to wear a watch and guess what time zone you’re in. The rest works fine. The cruise control works when it feels like it, most likely dirty switches. The guy I got it from had a low speed crash (he was in his seventies) coming to a stop sign. The only damage (besides his broken collarbone) is a scrape on the fairing molding below the left mirror. Also on the left side the molding around the lower vent fell off. Look at the photos and I will be happy to answer or send other photos if you like. Other scratches and stuff you would expect from a 25 year old motorcycle. The leather seat is perfect beneath the sheepskin seat cover, as is the backrest and arm rests. Driver’s backrest and floorboards included. MADE IN THE U.S.A. MOTORCYCLE IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS.
