I have a RARE 1987 Mercedes Benz 190DT For sale. Automatic 4 speed transmission. 2.5 litre, 5 cylinder TURBO diesel achieves 37 miles per gallon on a regular basis. 150,000 original miles, the odometer drive gear broke last month. Cruise control, Very rare car at only 1200 or so imported ever. This car has been my daily driver for over a year, and is rock solid on the road, I would drive it anywhere. Clear title, good tabs. I have been going through this car all year and making it tight, and reliable. Does not leak or burn oil. I have added some tasteful modifications, and tuned the car so it just purrs. No driveabilty issues, runs great, shifts perfect, starts great in cold weather. No air conditioning, unless you roll the windows down. Working electric sunroof, Nice flip face stock cassette Stereo, heater / defrost get very hot, NO LEAKS inside. All lighting works great, including factory fog lights. Interior is 7 out of 10 due to normal 190 mercedes door card delamination and cracked dash. Paint is crappy, and really crappy in some spots, right front fender has a dent in the lip. Comes with valuable spare parts. Work Done this year by me; Brand New German Made Tires, Driveshaft flex disc, transmission fluid flush and filter, New bilstein Front struts, front strut mounts and Rear shocks/shock mounts. Custom Installed VDO EGT Gauge and VDO Turbo Boost gauge. Flushed out Power steering fluid and changed all filters in the car. New brakes and rotors all the way around. Glow plugs are also recent. As far as problems with the car, It drives and handles great at all speeds. The heater/fan blower screeches sometimes, but moves air well. I have a spare fan that goes with the car. The car heats and defrosts great on RAM air always so its not a problem. The right rear window does not roll down, all others work. I removed the electric antennea and relocated it. I patched the hole as seen in the pics. The odometer stopped working last month, its stuck at 147,000 miles. All other indicator guages work great. A few little quirks and work arounds, but other than crappy paint, thats it. I can help arrange shipping, car is avalable for local pick up, it will make the drive anywhere you want to take it. There is ZERO rust on the car, having spent it's life in north Texas. I removed the air conditioner compressor because it did not work and disposed it. I average about 37 miles per gallon in highway driving. The car had a recent front end alignment, and all the windows work except the right rear.
